In addition to ample street parking, Parkview Event Space has 40 dedicated parking spaces located in Seattle Unity’s underground garage, accessed in the alley between 8 th Ave N and 9 th Ave N. A handicap space is available near Seattle Unity's elevator in the underground parking garage. There is also parking available in several nearby lots.

Q: Is there a full catering kitchen?

Yes, there is a full kitchen with a commercial stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and warming oven. A food buffet serving area is available.

Q: Do you have an officiant for ceremonies?

Yes, Parkview Event Space has ministers who would be happy to discuss your wedding, life ceremony, memorials, and other ceremonies.

Q: How many restrooms are in the building?

On Level 1 there is a men's, women's, and family restrooms, which are accessible to people with disabilities. Level 2 and Level 3, there are four gender-neutral restrooms and one family restroom, also wheelchair accessible.

Q: Is there a dedicated wifi that our photographer / videographer can use to upload photos / video?

Yes, we have a dedicated wifi network specifically for event vendors such as photographers and videographers.

Q: Is smoking allowed on the Terrace or in the Courtyard?

No, smoking is not allowed on the premises. All smoking must take place 25 feet from the building's entrances, exits, and open windows.

Q: Is there a place to load and unload?

There is a van-accessible loading zone at the main entrance on 8 th Ave N and a van-accessible parking spot in the garage near Seattle Unity's elevator. Access to the garage is off the alley between 8 th Ave N and 9 th Ave N. Vehicles measuring 8 ft. 2” can fit in the parking garage.

Parkview Event Space located in the heart of South Lake Union, and opens onto beautiful Denny Park. We host professional events such as workshops, speakers, retreats, corporate launches in our Main Performance Hall as well as personal celebrations - weddings and birthday parties to name a few examples in our Rooftop Terrace and year round patio.

The Building

Parkview Event Space is located in the Seattle Unity building, which was constructed by world-renowned architects Olson Kundig and opened in 2022.

Underground parking is included with the venue rental.

The Main Performance Hall is our main event space, perfect for professional events and personal celebrations. It brings a sense of warmth and peace through wood finishes, lantern lighting features, and an abundance of natural light.

The space connects guests with nature via floor-to-ceiling windows on level with the treetops of Denny Park.

Rooftop Terrace

Parkview Rooftop Terrace is an ideal event space for professional and personal celebrations and receptions featuring a third-floor south-facing terrace with views of the Space Needle and Denny Park, the scenery providing a pleasant backdrop to your festivities. Our reception hall has a spacious area for dining, dancing, or cocktails. The hall offers floor-to-ceiling windows that look out into the treetops, an adjacent commercial kitchen, and access to our Rooftop Terrace.

This incredible two-story space is simply stunning, with dramatic visual shading and elegant lines, topped with a skylight so natural light filters in. This room is a must see for small weddings, meditations, music events. It can also be used as a breakout room. Seating capacity is 30.

The first level conference room serves as an ideal meeting location for groups. The space offers AV for presentations, and access to a private courtyard perfect for taking breaks or bringing a meeting outdoors in pleasant weather. Nearby spaces can provide for breakout rooms (upon request).
